Your Reiki session will take place in a calm, quiet room with a treatment table for you to lie on. Fotini will use non-invasive touch to give you Reiki energy on the areas she feels guided too. Reiki is a subtle gentle energy and most people feel very relaxed after their session.
Guided Meditations
Fotini will work with you by talking to you at the beginning of your session to see what is the best way to help heal your energy. At times, a guided meditation is helpful to move through mental blocks. Fotini will personally customize your meditation and guide you, while also giving you Reiki.

Fotini will work with you on achieving the vibration of your goals, and also help you write the best affirmations to communicate with the Universe.
Reiki for Business
Reiki can not only be used to heal the human body, but also to help cleanse and heal any negative energy in the work environment. If you are having a hard time at the workplace or you are a business owner and there are a lot of issues arising, Reiki can help cleanse this energy.
Reikiatsu
Reikiatsu is a blend of shiatsu massage and Reiki, which targets your pressure points and meridians. Fotini will use this technique when you are feeling bodily aches and pains that need more than just Reiki.
Reiki Candles
Lighting a candle is a powerful way to set intentions and prayers. Fotini can bless your candle with Reiki energy and also help you charge it with your intention so it becomes even more powerful for you!
